Hi Kristi ~
I thought I'd write a quick note to let you know Daisy is doing fantastic! She is a wonderful addition to our family and we love her dearly. She is learning fast. She knows sit, stay, come, shake, and is close to being housebroken. She still has occasional accidents when she's excited which I know she'll outgrow. She loves to play "hide and seek" with us!
She's been eating well, she was 15 lbs. at her last checkup. The vet gave us the go ahead to start walking her around our neighborhood and she has met and walked with our neighbor's Goldendoodle. She does very well with other dogs, she's curious and playful and doesn't show any signs of fear, just a little caution at first sometimes. She walks great on a leash! Very little pulling and after a quick tug gets right back beside me. Grooming has been easy as well, bathing, brushing, nail clipping, ear cleaning all done with little to no fussing. She keeps us very busy everyday but she's a very loving and smart pup! We couldn't be more pleased!
I've attached a pic from a few weeks ago, I'll send more when she gets a little bigger.
Thanks!

Hello Kristi,
Wanted to let you know how much we adore our newest addition to the Henley household.
Kettle is 12 weeks now and growing so fast.
He is one sweet boy!!
Our children just love him and he is so gentle with him.
He is adjusting to Florida weather, cannot wait to take him on the boat and to the beach.
Here are some snap shots we have taken.

Just wanted to attach a photo of Maddie at 12 weeks.
She’s doing exceptionally well.
She’s almost housebroken and can sit, speak, give paw and lay down.
She loves the ocean and even getting sprayed with the water hose!
I’ll send another update in the future but wanted to share this picture with you.
Hope all is well.

Hi Kristi!
Here are the pictures I promised you. Grace is such a sweet puppy! As you can see, she prefers to sleep in the cat bed instead of her own big dog bed! I think she is going to outgrow it soon!
Everyone says what a behaved puppy she is and believe me, she came to us that way! I am so glad I got a pup that was a little older and started by you and Chad. She has such good puppy manners and so polite in public. She goes everywhere with me and everyone just loves her. Thank you again for such a wonderful puppy. She is a joy!

My dad asked that I forward some of the pictures we've taken of Molly so far.
So many to choose from!!
Will probably send an additional email or two.
What a wonderful puppy full of energy and smart as can be!!

Dear Chad and Kristi
Here are photos of Miss Ivy taken by Seth Casteel of Little Friends Photography in October 2010, just after Ivy's first birthday. Seth is a wonderful photographer based in Los Angeles, who travels to different cities and is available for appointments. He also volunteers a lot of time to animal shelters in Los Angeles to make beautiful photos of these creatures in order to increase the odds that they will be adopted.
As you can see in the photos, Miss Ivy loves to chase blowing leaves. She thinks they are alive. Ivy is crazy for soccer and is a fierce competitor. Ivy is both a clown and a gentle soul, as is evident in her photographs. Every time I see a photo of her, she makes me smile. I have a large photo of her looking straight at me as I enter my office at work to remind me to smile, take a breath, and remember that no matter how busy work may be, it's all good. She keeps my blood pressure down and keeps me laughing. She is my dear companion now that my sons are grown and my husband travels for work. She is my guardian angel.
Ivy was certified by Therapy Dogs International in October. Her paper work was completed in January. She is now ready to work at her first "big girl job" which is already lined up. She will be going to Warren Township Special Recreation a couple of times a month for an after school program for children with mental disabilities, primarily Autism and Down's Syndrome. I know she will make these children smile too. She is also exploring other "part time work" with an assisted living home down the street from our house and a psych unit at a nearby hospital.
My God continue to bless you, your family, and your special dog family in your excellent and valuable profession.
Peace,
Jennifer and Russ Johnson

Hi Kristi and Chad,
I thought I'd send an update on our wonderful little Syd... she is now 15 months old and she has become a beloved member of our family. My husband has really taken to her which is unusual for him since he is not the animal lover of the house! Her name really fits her because she is a little tomboy. She gets along with every dog she has ever met and she even makes crabby dogs like her.
You probably can't tell from the picture but she has turned out to be a medium sized labradoodle. She weighs 50 lbs. and probably stands 18" at the shoulders.
I hope all is well with you and thank you for our little Syd!
